Since we've been owners of our new house, Andrew has been working practically around the clock to get the home improvements done on it, going straight there after work to spend another 5-6 hours with his tools. Since he's out until 11 or 12 at night most nights, we met him for a fast dinner at Applebee's one night this week before he headed over to start work on the new place.
Nate is such a big boy now, sitting in the restaurant high chair, eating finger foods (well, Cheerios and not much else), and he even has his very own Tidy Diner placemat now. If any mom does not own one of these, I urge you to go and buy one at Babies R Us. They're great!
Daddy and Ben reading a book while we wait for our food to arrive. Richard Scarry, of course! Andrew is honestly Ben's hero, he looks up to him so much and misses him when he is not here, so seeing Daddy for a little while this week made Ben very happy.
